Despite reports about TNA’s financial struggles, they have managed to sign several names to new deals on Friday. Abyss, Rosemary, DJ Z and Al Snow have signed new deals with TNA Wrestling. Decay member Rosemary debuted with TNA back in January.
The company had to scramble to get funds just days before Slammiversary and the Impact TV tapings so, perhaps, Billy Corgan put in enough money to keep things running and to allow them to sign some of their wrestlers to new deals. Bobby Lashley also signed a new deal this week.
The company has yet to announce new deals for Matt Hardy, Jeff Hardy and Drew Galloway. One thing to note is that those guys make good money on the independent scene but TNA wants to sign them to exclusive deals that would allow them to control their outside bookings so TNA’s money offer to them would have to be significant.
