Impact Wrestling may have spoiled who will be going into their Hall Of Fame this year. Usually, they wait until the Slammiversary pay-per-view to announce who will go in and then the induction ceremony takes place during Bound For Glory weekend in October.
The video below was accompanied by the following caption: “James Storm has had a storied career, Storm has accomplished more than almost anyone on the roster! However, The Cowboy isn’t done and isn’t thinking about his Hall of Fame induction. #Slamm15”
So, they have either spoiled their own announcement or the caption was poorly worded.

Storm is definitely a deserving candidate. Another guy that is deserving is Abyss. Both Abyss and Storm have been with the company since they opened their doors in 2002. Storm had a very brief stay in NXT in late 2015 before eventually deciding on signing again with Impact.
He was one of the featured acts during the early days of the promotion alongside tag team partner Chris Harris as part of America’s Most Wanted. He would go on to team with Bobby Roode as part of Beer Money and would eventually go on to win the TNA World Championship at Bound For Glory 2011.
A few days ago, in a video posted on the official Impact Wrestling YouTube account, Eli Drake suggested Abyss for as the 2017 inductee.
