AJ Styles comments on WWE Championship victory, Final women’s Survivor Series match qualifier scheduled for Raw

AJ Styles comments on WWE Championship victory

As seen on SmackDown Live, AJ Styles defeated Jinder Mahal to win his second WWE Championship. This is the first time the title has changed hands on non-PPV television since Roman Reigns winning it on the December 14, 2015 episode of Raw, and the first time it has changed on SmackDown since Brock Lesnar winning it on the September 16, 2003 episode. This is also the first time in WWE history that the title has changed hands outside of North America.

Thankful for the reaction of the Manchester crowd, Styles commented on the championship victory.

Final women’s Survivor Series match qualifier scheduled for Raw

As of now, the women’s Survivor Series team consists of team captain Alicia Fox, along with Asuka, Nia Jax, and Sasha Banks.

It has just been announced that there will be a triple threat match to determine the final participant of the five-on-five elimination bout. The competitors in the triple threat match scheduled for the upcoming episode of Raw will be Bayley, Mickie James, and Dana Brooke.
