Best wishes to Tough Enough III winner Matt Cappotelli as he undergoes brain surgery

Tough Enough III winner and former OVW Champion Matt Cappotelli is getting an MRI as he prepares for his second brain surgery. The brain tumor that was removed 10 years ago has returned and is more aggressive this time. His wife noted that the tumor is very large and there is a part of it that is inoperable.

Cappotelli and John Hennigan (who later went on to be known as John Morrison/Johnny Mundo) won the third season of Tough Enough but Cappotelli was forced to retire after being diagnosed with a brain tumor in December 2005. The tumor was removed in 2007 but it has since returned. He remained under contract with WWE until 2009.

We send along our best wishes to Cappotelli and his wife Lindsay.
