Charlotte Flair was originally scheduled to be at Smackdown Live this Tuesday night but plans have changed.
On Sunday Morning’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer talked about Flair getting her teeth knocked out at the show in Oberhausen, Germany on Thursday. Basically, she got hit hard in the mouth by Carmella so she was pulled from the live events so she could fly back home and get some dental work done to fix her teeth. She was going to fly back home anyway on Sunday because she will be part of a business summit presentation with Stephani McMahon.
Flair is fine and won’t be missing any in-ring time but she will not be at Smackdown Live because of the business summit. It says a lot that WWE trusts her as someone to represent the company because they typically do not bring in wrestlers for those type of events.
Flair is rumored to be the person in line to face Ronda Rousey at next year’s WrestleMania so it would make sense to get her face out more in front of mainstream media people.
