SmackDown Live was missing a rather hyped-up part of the roster until recently. If you don’t regard Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley’s Hype Bros team as important then you probably should. These two over energetic individuals have what it takes to reach the top of the SmackDown Live tag team division.
When Zack Ryder went out with an injury the Hype Bros had just become the #1 contenders. It was an unfortunate turn of events but Zack Ryder has seen his share of ups and downs in pro wrestling before. Therefore it was no surprise Long Island Iced Z would get back to action as soon as possible in order to climb back to the top.
Mojo Rawley tried to make the best of being a singles star. He won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal during the WrestleMania 33 kickoff show to receive the honor of lugging that huge trophy around the country with him. He had some help in his famous friend Gronk, but other than that Mojo’s been on his own. Although he floundered in some respects, Mojo seems to have come out of the Hype Bros’ hiatus for the better.
But their break is over and Zack Ryder made it officially when he unceremoniously appeared next to Mojo during a backstage segment on SmackDown Live this week. He said the Hype Bros are back “woo woo woo, you know it bro!”
But just because the Hype Bros are back doesn’t mean they’re going to get along. Besides, who fights more than brothers? Mojo recently gave his bro Zack Daddy some grief for posting too many selfies. Rawley soon questioned whether Ryder was the kind of guy who just showed up at the gym to take selfies and never work out.
Zack wasn’t shy in his response by giving us a break down of his daily routine. Apparently he does workout very hard and only takes a pic sometimes. Therefore if the times we see Zack in the gym are just documenting a few of Ryder’s workout sessions then the former IC Champion must be in the gym a lot. But he is looking pretty ripped, so that would make sense.
One thing’s for sure, the Hype Bros need to calm down and focus because they might have a long road ahead of them back to the top of SmackDown Live’s tag team division.
Just cuz we're a team again, doesn't mean I won't unfollow you if u keep posting this crap on my feed! Do you lift there or just pose?! pic.twitter.com/fhAZvPUBz5
