Impact Wrestling takes more steps to prevent The Hardys from being “Broken” in WWE

The legal fight between The Hardys and Impact Wrestling continues. Impact has registered “Broken Matt,” “Brother Nero,” “Vanguard1” and “Broken Brilliance.” It’s interesting that they have registered “Brother Nero” considering that Nero is Jeff’s middle name. Matt Hardy filed for the “Broken Matt Hardy” trademark on 3/1.

There’s no word on how the negotiations have been going between WWE and Impact but, based on these latest trademark registrations, it would appear that a deal is far from being reached and there is no guarantee that we will ever see the “Broken” characters in WWE.

A fan on Twitter asked Reby Hardy about purchasing a “F**k That Owl” shirt. The shirts are out of stock but after the trademark news got out on Friday, she posted this:
