New Smackdown Women’s Champion crowned, Ric Flair returns to WWE TV

It’s hard to keep up with all of the Survivor Series changes in recent weeks. Last week we found out that AJ Styles would be replacing Jinder Mahal in the champion vs. champion match at the Survivor Series pay-per-view. Also, The Shield have been moved to their own match with The New Day and Triple H has replaced Jason Jordan on Team Raw.

On this week’s episode of Smackdown Live, Charlotte Flair defeated Natalya to win the Smackdown Women’s Champion. She will go on to face Raw Women’s Champion at the pay-per-view and Natalya will take Flair’s spot on the women’s Smackdown team.

After Flair won the title, she cut a promo on Alexa Bliss and then gave a shout-out to her father at home. What she didn’t know is that her father, Ric Flair, was backstage and he came out to celebrate with her on the stage area.
