WWE’s biggest mainstream star, Ronda Rousey, is going to be part of the next European tour.
WWE announced on Friday that Rousey will be wrestling on shows taking place on May 16 (Geneva, Switzerland), May 17 (Vienna, Austria), May 18 (Turin, Italy), and May 19 (Paris, France). Her contract includes select live events. It appears that she will not be on the road full-time but will be on more shows than Brock Lesnar. She is also booked for the July 7th show at Madison Square Garden.
Rousey made her in-ring debut at WrestleMania last Sunday and she’s gotten rave reviews for her performance. The overall consensus is that she exceeded expectations for someone with her experience.
