WWE bringing back two former Superstars

WWE is reportedly bringing back Rhyno and Brian Myers to work on the main roster. PWI reports that the current plan is for the two stars to be paired as a tag team and work on the SmackDown brand. I believe their main role will br to help put over the younger talent. There has also been talk about bringing back the occasional squash match.

Myers worked in WWE as Curt Hawkins from 2006 – 2014. During his time with the company, Myers won the WWE Tag Team Title once.

Rhyno’s first stint with WWE was from 2001 – 2005. He returned to WWE last year and worked both in NXT and on the main roster. Also, Rhyno recently worked the July 6th NXT TV tapings.

WWE Smackdown reportedly moving to Friday nights as part of their deal with Fox

As first reported several weeks ago in the Wrestling Observer newsletter, there are several other names that WWE has talked about bringing back.
