WWE is always looking to spread their influence and be the only face of pro wrestling in any given market. This is why they not only tour all over the planet but whey they fight so hard to secure television rights as well.
The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE has inked a deal to air a one-hour long edited down version of Raw in the Phillipeans on their TV5 channel.
This new version of Raw is set to air on Saturday nights at 10:00 pm which will go along with the edited down version of SmackDown Live that the network already airs on Monday nights at 8:30 pm.
This is a big step in making WWE even more visible in the Phillipeans and even though 2 hours will be trimmed from the program, at least they will have an opportunity to watch Raw in their market.
