In a video on his YouTube channel, Sheamus revealed that he’s been dealing with a serious case of stenosis for the last 6 months (ie. neck issues). He said that he uses a neck hammock and lays in it for about 20 minutes per session to help his recovery.
According to Spine-health.com, stenosis is the abnormal narrowing of a body channel. Spinal stenosis is the narrowing of the bone channel occupied by the spinal nerves or the spinal cord.
It’s good to see him doing well with his neck rehab and we wish him a speedy recovery. Apparently, the neck pain is not bad enough to keep him out of action so that’s obviously, a good sign.
