TNA has had a long history of not paying their employees on time, but the production people that work for TNA, who haven’t been paid yet for the May tapings, will be paid as promised after July 15th. That’s what they were told at the last tapings.
TNA tapes another batch of TV on July 22nd and there is some fear from TNA management that if they do not pay the staff before the next TV taping then they won’t show up for the TV taping on the 22nd.
Following the July 22nd TV taping, TNA’s future on Destination America will be up in the air as they are reportedly not renewing TNA come September. TNA could still exist without TV if they continue to fulfill international commitments since they still have international TV deals. I suppose they could stay alive on YouTube until they are able to secure a new TV deal…that is IF they are able to secure a new TV deal.
