Ring of Honor Wrestling (“ROH”) will return to Brooklyn, New York on Saturday, August 22nd, 2015 to present FIELD OF HONOR ’15 at MCU Park in Brooklyn, NY. This year, stars from NJPW will be joining us for even more incredible action!
“Wrestling has a rich history at ballparks dating back almost a hundred years and we are excited to return to MCU Park, to celebrate that history by partnering with the Brooklyn Cyclones,” said Joe Koff, COO of Ring of Honor.

ROH Officials have just signed a huge match pitting some of the biggest stars against each other, and a shot at the ROH World Television Championship is on the line! We already know that Jay Lethal is scheduled to defend his TV Championship against Bobby Fish on September 18th at the first night of ALL STAR EXTRAVAGANZA. But we can now confirm that the TV Championship will ALSO be defended the second night of ALL STAR EXTRAVAGANZA on September 19th! And we will learn who that challenger will be at FIELD OF HONOR! Just signed…a GAUNTLET MATCH for an ROH World Television Championship opportunity!
Here are the participants in this massive Gauntlet Match:
– FRANKIE KAZARIAN: He is the current ROH World Tag Team Champion alongside his partner, Christopher Daniels. A win on August 22nd will send Kazarian to San Antonio with a shot at more gold. He could become a double champion!
-CEDRIC ALEXANDER w/VEDA SCOTT: He has a brand new attitude and gunning for championships. Alexander also has experience with outlasting a gauntlet, as he came out the victor in last year’s big Golden Gauntlet. But there’s another man entered in this match who has Cedric and Veda in his sights…
-MOOSE w/STOKELY HATHAWAY: Moose is no doubt hoping to find himself in the ring with the man who has handed him his only 2 pinball defeats in Ring of Honor. Moose had an incredible rookie year in ROH, but gold has remained out of his grasp. A World Television Championship opportunity could change that quickly!
-SILAS YOUNG: A tenured veteran of professional wrestling with a massive chip on his shoulder, Silas Young has yet to hold a championship in ROH. And on August 22nd he will need to remain focused on the big picture. That’s because the next entrant in the match has distracted and infuriated Young for weeks and weeks…
-DALTON CASTLE: Castle and his Boys have really hit a sore spot with Silas Young, costing him matches and humiliating him as he grows more and more enraged. But at the same time, Dalton Castle is on a huge upswing in ROH after making an indelible impression in the Top Prospect Tournament. Could he win a championship this early on?
-WATANABE: After the recent joint endeavors between NJPW and ROH, Watanabe has seen his popularity and confidence grow! But he knows he still has a lot to prove. The first step could be a TV Championship opportunity!
– ADAM PAGE: Adam Page preaches that opportunities are earned…while at the same time constantly complaining that he hasn’t been given what he thinks he deserves. Page wants to be in the main event and feels he is owed that opportunity. Now he gets the chance to prove it if he survives this Gauntlet!
-DONOVAN DIJAK: The 2015 ROH Top Prospect will find himself in an interesting predicament on August 22nd. On the one hand, Dijak is clearly destined for greatness and wants to earn all the accolades he can – and as soon as possible. On the other hand, the ROH World Television Championship is currently held by Dijak’s cohort in the House of Truth, Jay Lethal! Dijak is ambitious as he is talented…but he’s also under the guidance of Truth Martini. How does Martini feel about the possibility of Dijak vs. Lethal in San Antonio?!
Only one of these eight ROH stars will survive the Gauntlet. The first two entrants will wrestle until we have a winner, at which point the next combatant hits the ring!
