Last weeek we noted that Brad Maddox had teamed up with Adam Rose to form the team called “Beef Mode.” Maddox debuted a new look with blonde hair over the weekend at the live events.
Well, it now appears that Maddox will continue to be a singles wrestler. Before his match with Zack Ryder he told the crowd that he will now be wrestling under the name Joshua Kingsley. The gimmick is that he is a British poet.
Maddox (Kingsley) lost to Zack Ryder in the dark match before Tuesday’s Smackdown taping.
Maddox has been known to do impressions backstage and he does a very good British accent so that may be the inspiration behind he Joshua Kingsley gimmick.
