– WWE preshow with the Rhodes brothers vs. the New Age Outlaws is on now on WWE.com and YouTube.
– The New Age Outlaws just defeated the Rhodes Brothers to win the WWE tag team championship.
– The 2014 WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view kicks off with an awesome sports-like opening video. Â WWE always does a great job with these.
– Daniel Bryan vs. Bray Wyatt is the opening match. Really really good match. There was “This is Awesome” chants. They went over 25 minutes. Wyatt hit sister Abigail on the barricade and again inside the ring. Wyatt pinned Bryan.
– Renee  Young interviewed Paul Heyman backstage. That was followed by a Totino’s Pizza Roll commercial. Yes. It was short though.
– Ben Roethlisberger in attendance.
– The WWE all-star panel is introduced. Ric Flair, Hacksaw Jim Duggan, and Shawn Michaels.
– Big Show vs. Brock Lesnar is up next. Brock hit Big Show with repeated chairshots before the referee rang the bell to start the match. Show came back but it was short lived. Lesnar pinned Show with an amazing F5. He literally walked around with Show in the ring and hit the move. Lesnar continued the beat down with the chair after the match.
– Another commercial on a pay-per-view. This one is for Jackson-Hweitt tax service.
– The Shield backstage promo.
– Renee Young interviewed Randy Orton backstage. Then they showed a WrestleMania commercial. 70 days away.
– Up next is John Cena vz. Randy Orton for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. There were Daniel Bryan chants during this match. When Randy Orton applied a chinlock on Cena there were also “boring” chants. The fans did their best to let them know who they wanted to see. More Daniel Bryan Chants followed by some “same old sh**” chants and “you both suck” chants. There were loud “we want divas” chant as well. Orton played into it. At one point in the match Orton hit Cena’s AA on Cena. Cena countered with the RKO. The Wyatt Family came out and distracted Cena. Orton hit the RKO for the win. The Wyatts beatdown Cena after the match and left him laying.

– Renee Young interviews the New Age Outlaws backstage. They are celebrating their WWE tag title win.

– Alexander Russev eliminated. Kingston thrown over the top and caught by Russev. Russev attacked Kingston. Kingston technically wasn’t elimnated. He walked the barricade and made a very long leap back into the ring.
