WWE files for a new trademark for new Superstar

WWE has filed a trademark for the phrase “No Way Jose” on 1/7.

The trademark was filed for Dominican-born Levis Valenzuela, Jr. Valenzuela was signed in May of 2015 and prior to starting his wrestling career in 2013, he won awards in collegiate ballroom dancing. He later moved to South Korea to teach English. I believe he has been training at the Performance Center but has yet to make his NXT debut.

He also appeared at least once as a Rosebud in 2014. I believe that is when he first got on WWE’s radar.
