Footage from Hulk Hogan’s pre-trial hearing has been posted online for anyone that is interested. Hogan was in court on Wednesday as part of his lawsuit against Gawker Media. Hogan is seeking $100 million in damages after Gawker released sex tapes that included himself and Bubba The Love Sponge’s then-wife Heather Clem.
Gawker’s Motion to Dismiss the case was denied. Gawker was claiming that Hogan had failed to state a claim against them for posting clips of the sex tape with Heather Clem. Gawker said that the tape was already the subject of widespread discussion by the time they posted the tape. The trial takes place in about 6 weeks.
His lawyers are also accusing Gawker of leaking sealed FBI documents that contained audio tapes of Hogan making racist comments.
