It was announced on Monday night’s episode of RAW that Roman Reigns would be the first entrant in the Royal Rumble match. Stephanie and Vince McMahon announced the news on the show in a segment where they randomly picked names for the first entrant in the match.

Royal Rumble takes place on January 24, 2016, at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida. It will be the 29th event in Royal Rumble history and the first WWE pay-per-view of 2016. This event will air on the WWE Network and some traditional pay-per-view outlets.
