Mickey Gall defeated Mike Jackson in a welterweight bout on the UFC Fight Pass preliminary card for UFC Fight Night 82. Gall, who is now 2-0 in his MMA career, will fight CM Punk in either June or July. Punk was ringside for the fight and after Gall’s fight, Punk went inside the octagon and shook hands with Gall.
Punk did an interview and said that he would like to fight at UFC 200 in July. UFC President Dana White said after the fight that the promotion would announce a date for the fight soon.
