What would WWE do if Shinsuke Nakamura doesn’t pass his medical tests?

There’s still no news on how Shinsuke Nakamura’s WWE Performance Center visit went late last week. He underwent WWE medical testing in Pittsburgh and then traveled down to Florida for training. He is scheduled to wrestle Sami Zayn at NXT Takeover: Dallas in April.

For those who are wondering what happens if he does not pass his medical tests, here is what WWE would do. WWE would just bring him in for the NXT Takeover match with Zayn and have him lose. They would not sign him, and he would go back to Japan.

As seen in the past, Willie Mack and Nigel McGuinness were scheduled to sign with WWE, but they failed their medical tests and did not sign with the company. Nothing is 100% official until he signs a WWE contract.
