– The weekly NXT show on the WWE Network is now sponsored by Tapout. As noted, WWE and Tapout plan to have co-branded fitness centers across the country sometime this year.

The Stamford Advocate reports that WWE has 840 employees, which is an all-time high for the company. They hired 80 employees in 2015 to focus on expanding the WWE Network. Keep in mind that WWE does not include their performers as employees as they are paid as independent contractors.

– WWE is shortening their supply of DVD products, according to WrestlingDVDNews.com. WWE is shifting to the digital market. WWE’s Home Entertainment business was cut in half in 2015 and earned $13.4 million, compared to $27.3 million in 2014.
