WWE SmackDown results 2/25/16 (SPOILERS taped on 2/23/16)

WWE invaded Indianapolis, IN at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse on Tuesday night for the Main Event and SmackDown TV tapings. Here are the results from the taping. 

Main Event Spoilers:

– Singles Match: Bo Dallas defeated Darren Young.

– Singles Match: Naomi defeated Paige by submission.

– Singles Match: Ryback defeated Tyler Breeze with the Shellshock.

– Singles Match: Braun Strowman defeated Fandango by submission.

SmackDown Spoilers:

– Triple H opens the show. He cuts a promo at a podium in the ring. He brags about The Authority and how everyone in WWE needs to fall in line. He promised to beat Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 32.

– Eight-Man Tag Team Match: Sheamus, Rusev, King Barrett and Alberto Del Rio defeated Neville, Dolph Ziggler, Sin Cara and Kalisto.

– Kevin Owens offers Dean Ambrose a rematch for the Intercontinental Title in a backstage segment. However, Owens said that Ambrose was not at the arena. The Big Show walks up and challenges Owens to a match for later in the show.

– Singles Match: Devon defeated Jimmy Uso in a quick match.

– WWE announced that The Undertaker will be appearing on Monday’s episode of RAW.

– AJ Styles, Chris Jericho, and Mark Henry vs. The New Day is announced for later in the show.

– Singles Match: Kevin Owens defeated Big Show by count out.

– Singles Match: Natalya defeated Becky Lynch by DQ when Naomi and Tamina Snuka run down to the ring and attack Lynch. Post-match,  Sasha Banks comes down and makes the save. Charlotte comes out with Ric Flair and announces Becky Lynch vs. Sasha Banks for Monday’s RAW.

– Singles Match: R-Truth defeated Heath Slater with help from Goldust.

– Six-Man Tag Team Match: AJ Styles, Chris Jericho and Mark Henry defeated The New Day.

Styles, Jericho and Henry celebrated in the ring to close the show.
