Nikki Bella, who has been out of action for several months after undergoing neck surgery, made her in-ring return at Sunday night’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view event at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Bella replaced Eva Marie, who was recently suspended by WWE for 30 days after she failed their Wellness Policy, in a six-woman tag team match at the event. Bella teamed with Alexa Bliss and Natalya to take on Naomi, Carmella, and Becky Lynch.
Bella will now be featured on the SmackDown Live brand.
