Kevin Owens will make his first title defense as WWE Universal Champion at the September 7th WWE live event at The O2 in London. Owens is scheduled to face Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins in a triple threat match.
Here is the current lineup for the event:
* Triple Threat WWE Universal Title Match: Seth Rollins vs. Sami Zayn vs. Kevin Owens (c).
* Singles Match: Roman Reigns vs. Chris Jericho
* WWE Tag Team Title Match: New Day © vs. Anderson and Gallows.
* Singles Match: Cesaro vs. Sheamus
As of this writing, there’s no word yet on who Owens will be facing at the Clash of Champions pay-per-view on September 25, 2016, at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana but I assume we will find out on Monday’s episode of RAW.
The original plan for Clash Of Champions was for Owens to face Finn Balor.
