As noted, TNA officially announced that Brandi Rhodes, who went by the name Eden Stiles as a ring announcer in WWE, has signed with the company and will be an active wrestler in the Knockouts division.
Rhodes recently spoke with Impact Wrestling announcer Josh Mathews about joining the company. Rhodes confirmed that she would be wrestling in the company and stated that she is happy to be competing in the ring because it’s something that she always wanted to do. Rhodes admitted that it difficult to be sitting at ringside and not competing in the past and knowing that she could beat someone up but never got the opportunity to do so. Rhodes praised women like Gail Kim, Jade, and Madison Rayne as strong female talents.

There’s still no word on when Brandi will make her TNA debut but TNA does have the Bound for Glory PPV event coming up in October and will be holding Impact TV tapings scheduled for the week beginning 10/2, so it’s possible that’s when she makes her Impact debut.
