Thanks to everyone who sent along the tweet posted by a friend of Alberto Del Rio and Paige. The person below, Matt Calicchio is apparently a superfan from New Jersey that has become friendly with the couple and he is seen in photos with them at events around the country. He indicated that they are going to have a baby.
Calicchio seems to have an interesting past, at least according to this link and this link.
