Another indication that Kyle O’Reilly is headed to WWE

As first reported by The Wrestling Observer newsletter, Kyle O’Reilly’s contract expired at the end of December and he is expected to be headed to WWE. The feeling was that if he lost the ROH Championship at last week’s Wrestle Kingdom show then that likely meant that he was not going to sign a new deal with ROH.

O’Reilly has been removed from the ROH roster and he has been pulled from advertising for the upcoming TV tapings in Atlanta which pretty much confirms that he has not signed a new deal with them. The Royal Rumble is just a few weeks away and it wouldn’t shock me if he popped up in the Royal Rumble match if he has indeed committed to a WWE deal. I guess we’ll find out very soon.

O’Reilly began his wrestling career with ECCW in Canada in 2005 and he has gone on to win multiple championships including the ROH World Championship and he is a 3-time Tag Team Champion with Bobby Fish.
