Karl Anderson recently spoke with the Indiana Gazette to promote Saturday’s RAW live event at the Kovalchick Complex in Indiana, Pennsylvania. During the interview, he was asked about making it to WWE. He noted that a lot of people asked him that and that the only answer he has for them is to just stick with pro wrestling and be confident in yourself and work hard. He said that he has been doing that for his entire career and has been a wrestling fan since he was a small child. “Every time I get on television, I’m just going to go out there and be me, be what I’ve always do and just be what got me to the WWE.” He added that the cream rises to the top at the end of the day.
When asked about the differences between traveling with WWE and NJPW, he noted that in WWE he gets to be home weekly, which he thinks is cool as he has three kids and a wife. He noted that being away from them for a month or even six weeks at a time is hard. He added that there is a lot of travel in WWE. “But my kids really appreciate the WWE. They’re happy to have me home weekly. It’s just been really cool, man. It’s all been good.”
