WWE.com announced on Wednesday that Seth Rollins re-injured his right knee during the final segment of Monday’s RAW when he was attacked by Samoa Joe. It was noted that he would be evaluated later this week. No other details were provided on his injury but it is legitimate and not part of the storyline.
Rollins tore the ACL, MCL, and medial meniscus in his right knee back in 2015. If his injury is serious, then he could be out of action for months. This would be another bad break for Rollins as he had to miss last year’s WrestleMania. He was originally supposed to face Triple H at that show before he was injured.
WWE will have to come up with an alternate opponent for Triple H at WrestleMania.
