It’s not clear when this will happen but the plan right now is for Kurt Angle to do some wrestling for WWE. That was first reported in the latest Wrestling Observer newsletter. He would have to pass the standard medical tests that everyone has to go through. I would not count on Angle wrestling full-time again. He would likely wrestle on a very limited basis.
I should add that Angle looked very good at the WCPW True Destiny show in his match with Alberto Del Rio on Sunday. He can still do most of the stuff he’s known for and he appears to have gotten over the personal issues that derailed his last WWE run. Jim Ross noted on his podcast that Angle is eating very clean these days.
