Here are some WWE news and notes:
Several readers sent along a tweet from the WWE Creative Humor account (not an official WWE account). It got some laughs on social media and drew some attention because it was retweeted by Randy Orton. Some fans took it as a jab at Brock Lesnar. The tweet references Lesnar’s part-time schedule.
WWE 2K18 is so realistic that you can only play as Brock Lesnar five times a year #Merch

The WWE UK Twitter account advertised Noam Dar’s upcoming match for ICW on July 29th. It’s not WWE’s policy to promote another wrestling company but in this case, they have a working relationship with ICW. In fact, the belief is that WWE is either very close or has already made a deal to add ICW shows to the WWE Network.

There is some good news to report on former WWE Superstar and current ROH World Champion Cody Rhodes. He noted on Twitter that his shoulder MRI showed that he had a grade A separation. In other words, his injury is not as serious as originally feared and he won’t be missing any ring time.
205 Live continues to struggle to garner interest from fans. At the show on Tuesday night, someone yelled “This sucks, you suck” at Rich Swann and TJP. They did eventually win the crowd over but the feeling from some in the company is that the brand is too similar to Raw and Smackdown Live and it hurts the cruiserweights. They were able to get over in the Cruiserweight Classic because they did not have to do silly storylines and they were allowed to wrestle great matches in front of hardcore fans. It would be nice if they moved the shows to Full Sail University.
The Bella Twins were backstage at Smackdown Live this week. Nikki was there because of her fiancee John Cena and Brie was there because they were in Phoenix.
