As noted on Friday, Eva Marie and WWE mutually parted ways. Her departure was expected for months because there were reports that her contract would not be renewed.
In response to a fan, Road Dogg said that it wasn’t “our decision” to release her. It’s not clear what he meant by that but some might read into his tweet and assume that she was the one who asked for her release. I don’t know if that is really the case but she has been working on getting her foot in the door in Hollywood over the last few months so her time in WWE was likely limited, regardless of who made the decision to part ways.
Road Dogg’s tweet is below:
Wasn't our decision but at least your tweet is crass and classless. C'mon Billi, keep it clean on my TL dude

In other news, we are told that there is no heat on Braun Strowman over the incident with Karen Jarrett. There are some people that wish that Strowman would do more to protect his character since Vince McMahon is a big fan and he is being pushed as a bad ass monster. Pictures like this one don’t help but it would take something really bad for WWE to decide to stop pushing him so he has that going for him.
