Kassius Ohno getting shot at non-WWE title

Kassius Ohno was better known as Chris Hero every where else he went other than WWE. But now that he’s back in NXT it doesn’t seem like they can find a place for him.

The fact is Ohno could be one of the top talents in NXT and with the people he has to work with he should be moving from one great program to the next. He’s very entertaining and can work with anyone using any style. But his physique has always sadly been in his way.

He might not be getting a shot at the NXT Title anytime soon because Drew McIntyre seems to have that on lock down. It also doesn’t help that someone like Adam Cole is in NXT now to claim the #1 contendership as his too. The top tier of NXT is really loaded at the moment but that, unfortunately, means Kassius Ohno is finding himself pushed even lower down the totem pole.

Even though he might be a long way from the NXT Title, Kassius Ohno is taking his talents to Insane Championship Wrestling to get a shot at Joe Coffey’s World Heavyweight Championship. Those two will be able to put one one heck of a contest and if you’ve never seen Coffey work, we highly recommend it.

It would be interesting if Kassius Ohno became the ICW World Heavyweight Champion on September 17th and even more intriguing if WWE would allow him to carry his title to the ring with him on NXT.
