Ricochet seems primed and ready to do a lot in the NXT Universe. After appearing in the crowd at NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia it cemented the fact that Ricochet is NXT and we’re all excited to see what he will do.
Ricochet showed up at the NXT house show in Mississauga and blew the roof off of the building when just his name appeared on the screen. After a nice match against Buddy Murphy, Ricochet left victorious but fans in attendance could have certainly used more Ricochet in their lives.
Murphy recently debuted on 205 Live so picking him as Ricochet’s opponent is not only a great choice but could possibly indicate more down the line. One thing is for sure, while Ricochet can perform against anyone in many different kinds of matches he is known for high-intensity contests featuring a lot of fast-moving spots. Therefore 205 Live might be a good fit for him down the line. But for now, it seems Ricochet is plenty happy where he is as he fine tunes his skills at the WWE Performance Center.
King Ricochet later commented on the match against Murphy while saying how amazing the Mississauga crowd was in the process. It looks like there was appreciation all around at this event.
