New match added to WWE Extreme Rules

As announced by Smackdown Live General Manager Paige, Shinsuke Nakamura will challenge Jeff Hardy for the United States Championship at Extreme Rules. The match was scheduled for last week’s show but Nakamura is out of action after getting bit by a police dog. He is expected to be ready in time for the pay-per-view.

This year’s WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view will take place at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA. The show will air live on the WWE Network a week from Sunday.
