As noted earlier, Goldust underwent surgery on Tuesday. Following surgery, he took to Twitter to let fans know that the surgeries (it turns out that he got surgery on both knees) went well.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Jeffery Dugas in Birmingham, Alabama so he was in good hands. Dugas has performed many surgeries on WWE Superstars and athletes from all major sports.
WWE reported that he is expected to make a full recovery. At this time, there is no word on how long he will be out of action. Up until a few weeks ago, he had been working at live events in tag matches.
Best wishes to Goldust on a speedy and full recovery.
