WWE Smackdown Live featured just one men’s match and it was the most-watched show in months

This week’s episode of WWE Smackdown Live drew it’s best rating in months. The show was watched by 2.401 million viewers, up 2.6% from the previous week. It was the most-watched episode since May 1st.

This show was noteworthy because it was the first time that one of WWE’s main shows featured just one men’s match. That’s right, The Bar vs. The Usos was the only men’s match on the show and the segments featuring the women seemed to have a bigger priority.

Here is what was on the show:

– Becky Lynch opened the show with an in-ring promo. The segment also included Carmella attacking Lynch and Charlotte Flair returning to make the save.

– Charlotte Flair defeated Carmella via submission to get a spot in the Smackdown Women’s Championship match at SummerSlam.

– Daniel Bryan/Miz promo battle.

– Another attack from Randy Orton on Jeff Hardy

– The Bar defeated The Usos

– Zelina Vega made her in-ring debut and she defeated Lana

– Samoa Joe cut a promo on AJ Styles
