This was an amazing match. At one point, Seven teased throwing in the towel because Bate was locked in a submission leg lock for several minutes but a tag was finally made. Moustache Mountain was able to hit the Burning Hammer on O’Reilly but somehow he kicked out. The fans chanted “fight forever” after that spot. Undisputed Era were able to retain with the High low finisher. Awesome way to open the show and it should rank as one of the top matches in WWE this year. War Raiders attacked TUE immediately after the match.

Velveteen Dream vs. EC3
Dream wrestled with tights that said “Call Me Up Vince” on the back. This was another good match. Dream won after hitting a Death Valley Driver and the top rope elbow onto the ring apron area of the ring. Dreamed made sure to turn to the camera so everyone could see the “call me up Vince” on his tights.

They showed Matt Riddle in the crowd.

NXT North American Championship
Adam Cole (Champion) vs. Ricochet
This was another excellent match and it could be one of the top matches in WWE this year. Ricochet won after hitting the 630 off the top. There was an incredible spot earlier with Ricochet trying for a moonsault but Cole caught him with a kick to the neck.

Mark Henry and Kevin Owens were shown in the crowd.

NXT Women’s Champion
Shayna Baszler (Champion) vs. Kairi Sane
Sane defeated Baszler to become the NXT Women’s Champion for the first time. Another good match. Sane won after reversing the rear naked choke and turning into a pin. Click here for more on this match.

NXT Championship – Last Man Standing Match
Tommaso Ciampa (Champion) vs. Johnny Gargano
This was a brutal match that included all sorts of weapons. The match ended by the stage area. Ciampa was handcuffed by some of the production staging crates. Gargano hit a running knee but he crashed off the stage and was not able to get up. Ciampa rolled off the stage onto the floor at the last second so he won the match. Ciampa is still the champion.
