Last night WWE NXT put on an amazing event in NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn 4. One of the best matches on the card was a one-on-one contest between Velveteen Dream and EC3.
Dream emerged victorious over EC3 when it was all said and done, but aside from the match, a lot of people were talking about Dream’s tights. Upon his entrance fans noticed that Dream’s tights read “Call me up Vince.” on them. This was believed to be a message from Dream to Vince McMahon, who he is pleading to call him up to the main roster.
After TakeOver, Triple H participated in a media conference call to discuss the event. Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet got to ask “The Game” about Dream’s tights. He took a pause and replied that Dream wasn’t referring to Vince McMahon. Instead, he said Dream was sending a message to a friend of his who’s name is Vince and lost his phone – and he wanted him to give him a call:
