Roman Reigns left WWE SummerSlam as the new Universal Championship but there are questions on what is next. Brock Lesnar laid out Braun Strowman at ringside after Strowman promised to cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase. Brock Lesnar is in the USADA testing pool and is expected to fight Daniel Cormier in 2019.
So, what’s next for all of these men? The live event line-ups for September are advertising Strowman vs. Reigns in September so it looks like they will be feuding. It will be interesting to see how they handle the boos because fans are going to cheer for Strowman.
Meanwhile, Lesnar could be on the way out of WWE for now but he is scheduled to be on Monday Night Raw. It’s his last contracted appearance under this current deal. WWE likes to do big things on the night after SummerSlam so it’s possible that Strowman will get his revenge on Lesnar at Raw and possibly cash-in his briefcase against Reigns.
Dana White has stated publicly that he has reached a deal with Lesnar and at this point it looks like he will fight in the Octagon again. However, Vince McMahon wants Lesnar to stay so there’s still a small chance that he will stay. I guess we’ll know more on Monday Night Raw.
