A major name could be back on WWE television as soon as tonight’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view.
PWInsider is reporting that Brock Lesnar is backstage. One wrestler noted to us that Lesnar was seen walking around and he was shaking hands with different people backstage so he is not being hidden. They usually try to hide people whenever they want someone to make a surprise appearance so it remains to be seen if he actually appears on tonight’s show.
Lesnar hasn’t been seen since losing the Universal Championship to Roman Reigns at SummerSlam but WWE left the door open for him to eventually return for his rematch. There is also some unfinished business between him and Braun Strowman. If you recall, Lesnar laid out Strowman and cost him the opportunity to cash-in his Money In The Bank briefcase.
