WWE Hell in a Cell: Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton inside the cell

Jeff Hardy vs. Randy Orton kicked off this year’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. This match was contested inside the Hell in a Cell structure. Hardy did an interview this weekend and said that he wanted to do something memorable because it would be his first time inside the cell and this was a bucket list thing for him.

This match included chairs, ladders and a screwdriver. Orton used a screwdriver on the hole in Hardy’s ear and he twisted it. Hardy was able to get out of it with a low blow. The camera showed Orton’s black bloodied from the belt shots. Later, Hardy was able to hit a Swanton off the top onto a chair that was sitting on Orton’s chest. However, that was not enough for a pin.

Hardy brought another table and ladder into the ring.  He set Orton up on the table after another Twist of Fate and proceeded to climb the smaller ladder for a leapfrog. However, Hardy looked up at the top of the cell and decided to swing himself off the top of the cell and through the table as fans chanted “holy shit.” The ref called for the EMT’s and asked for the cell to be raised. Orton scored a quick pin and the match ended awkwardly.
