Former WWE star Ryback has addressed potentially making the move to the newly launched promotion, AEW (All Elite Wrestling). Once this company was publicly announced, there’s been a lot of speculation as to which talent that could potentially work for the company.
After having a successful run in the WWE that ended once he decided to depart from the company in 2016, Ryback now works the independent circuit in addition to hosting his own podcast, Conversation With The Big Guy. During his time with the company, he held the Intercontinental Title once.
Ryback responded to a fan who asked him on his official Twitter account about if he would be interested in joining the All Elite Wrestling roster. It was then when he brought up how he needs to get two more stem cell procedures and a shoulder scope done. Once those things are taken care of, then he will move forward with his wrestling career.
He wrote the following, “I’m extremely happy for all involved and have known @CodyRhodes a long time. I have 2 more stem cell procedures and a shoulder scope to get me where I need to be in January and will then evaluate everything wrestling wise. I can’t be anything less than my best ever if I return.”
