There was a special moment involving former WWE Champion AJ Styles in the dark main event after Tuesday’s WWE SmackDown Live and 205 Live went off the air in Birmingham, AL at the Legacy Arena.
Styles battled WWE Champion Daniel Bryan with Bryan ending up retaining the strap over “The Phenomenal One” via disqualification. However, that didn’t end the show. Instead, Bryan grabbed the microphone and cut a heel promo on the Alabama crowd that included him bringing up how Alabama lost to Clemson in the National Championship game that ended up being a blowout on ESPN.
This led to Styles popping up and attacking him then celebrated with a fan. This is when he grabbed the mic and did an impersonation of WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin once he asked them if they wanted to see him hit another Phenomenal Forearm to Bryan.
Of course, they responded, and he did just that. This led to him calling for some beers and smashing them to end the show. You can check out the footage here:
