As we reported a while back, there are several WWE Superstars looking at other options when their contracts expire now that All Elite Wrestling is a reality and now that other companies like Ring Of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling are offering more money.
PWInsider is reporting that there’s been talk in WWE that Dolph Ziggler is done with the company after turning down an offer to become a producer. Ziggler hasn’t appeared on WWE TV since the beatdown from Drew McIntyre last month.
Ziggler has changed his Twitter name to Nic Nemeth and he is promoting an upcoming comedy tour on all of his social media accounts. He also has not been at the non-televised events in recent weeks.
There is no official word from WWE on his status but the news making the rounds backstage is that he is officially done with the company as of January 31st.
If that is the case then he is free to sign with anyone if he wants to continue with his wrestling career.
