The Royal Rumble pay-per-view is one of the oldest and most anticipated events of the year so why not create a poster honoring some of the Superstars that took part in some of the early Rumble events?
That is what WWE did. Thanks to the work of comic and fantasy artist Joe Jusko, a poster was recreated with today’s Superstars to look like the iconic 1991 version.
The original poster was a take on the 1970s cult classic “The Warriors” and is fondly remembered by long-time fans because it was one of the most star-studded Royal Rumble events of all-time.
