There are more rumblings about All Elite Wrestling’s potential TV deal.
I was told that the two major networks involved can each be considered equal or better than the USA Network.
In the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was reported that AEW had a TV meeting last Friday and it went really well. Nothing has been signed yet but it’s looking good and it’s a real strong station.
Dave Meltzer described it as a strong station and the best deal that any non-WWE show has had since WCW. He also said the station is better than Spike TV (now known as Paramount Network).
For those of you that have been emailing about this subject, the answer is yes this is real and they may not have gotten this far if not for Tony Khan’s connections.
