Earlier today, we wrote about Dave Bautista being in Atlanta for movie work.
Well, he will also be appearing tonight on Monday Night Raw, according to the Wrestling Observer website.
Bautista is backstage at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, the site of tonight’s WWE Raw but he is being kept hidden from everyone. Obviously, the natural thing to assume here is that he will be there to set up a WrestleMania match, likely with Triple H. If he was just there to celebrate Ric Flair’s birthday then they probably wouldn’t take steps to hide him from everyone.
All Elite Wrestling showed interest in Bautista but the belief was that he would likely sign with WWE because he wants the WrestleMania match with Triple H. Last October during SmackDown 1000, WWE planted the seeds for the match during the Evolution reunion.
Triple H said last month that he has been cleared to train so that should me he would be ready in time for WrestleMania after suffering a torn pec last November at the Crown Jewel event.
