For those of you that missed it, Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley kicked off Monday Night Raw with a Falls Count Anywhere Match. They ended up by the stage area when Strowman speared Lashley through the stage wall, causing pyro to go on with both men in the area.
Referees and medics ran to check on as you could hear Corey Graves say “holy sh**” and it was not bleeped. That word can be used on cable television but WWE has opted not to in the past because of their PG rating. A still camera was positioned on the side of the entrance and it was filmed differently than how Kevin Dunn would have. The way it was filmed gave the segment a more gritty “real” look.
After the commercial break, Michael Cole was somber and was talking as if this was not part of the show.
It’s clear that Paul Heyman’s fingerprints are already on this show.
